I’m always excited to try new products on my skin; especially as I’m always looking for a quick fix to make me appear more youthful – which unfortunately is getting more difficult.
My youngest daughter recently gifted me some of the Boots Glow range to try out.

The first product I tried was the Boots Glow cleansing stick. It looked a little like a mini stick deodorant and smelt really fresh, like cucumber. It was really easy to use and being in a stick you didn’t waste any of the product.
My skin has looked very dull as of late and although I’ve been wearing face masks pretty much all day for a year, I’ve just started to have little breakouts especially around my mouth.

It definitely did what it said and melted away the days make up. The only thing I didn’t like was it was quite hard and rubbing it on the skin I had to be careful not to press too hard. It works best if you sweep lightly.
Next up was the Glow gel mask. I really liked this product. It was light and refreshing, again with a fresh, crisp fragrance.

I left the product on for around 15 minutes whilst I relaxed in the bath. It didn’t feel sticky or like it was going to drip in my eye and blind me. It washed off pretty effortlessly without leaving any sticky residue.
Last product was the Glow radiance tonic. I have a really good Elf toner which I swear by, that said this tonic felt fresh on my skin, without irritation or stinging.

Although I didn’t instantly look ten years younger, I did feel like I had given my skin a bit of a treat. It certainly left it clean with a subtle glow.
Boots do a range of glow products including moisturiser, serum and eye cream. Although I wouldn’t purchase the moisturiser I may buy the other two to see what they are like and if they work miracles in my skin. The products cost £4 each, so are really affordable and easily become nighttime routine staples.
